H. Olukemi Dallass

Managing Director/Chief Executive Officer

Kemi founded UrSPACE Facility Managers Limited and its subsidiary companies in 2006. Under her leadership, the company expanded its services beyond facility management to project management, logistics and procurement services.

A recognized professional in the facilities management industry working with over 18years experience, Kemi started her career with one of the biggest real estate and development companies in Virginia, USA as a Building Director, managing three of their commercial buildings under lease to the Department of Defence. Her experience also includes a stint at Caverton Marine Limited-now part of Caverton Off-Shore Support Services Group as one of the pioneer management team where she developed and managed the company’s Human Resource and Administrative Department. She also handled the acquisition and management of other real estate properties and assets on behalf of the company.

It was under this role that she was the Project Manager in charge of the purchase and renovation of the company's multi-million naira headquarters located in Victoria Island, Lagos.

Kemi is also a Director of EDuworks Limited. A real estate development company focused on developing optimal real estate solutions in the education industry in Nigeria.

She holds a BA in Economics from Howard University, Washington, DC and an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Manchester, England. With her passion for continued self-improvement, she has completed professional courses in facilities management, project management and other management and leadership courses from George Mason University in Virginia, USA and other institutions.

Her passion for the development of both human capital and infrastructure is unwavering as is her commitment to contributing towards social projects which she does through her board position on several non-profit organizations.

In her effort to reposition the company and build a stronger and more competitive brand, she formed Gardner Integrated Services in 2017, which integrates all UrSPACE subsidiaries under one single umbrella.

Toluwalope Oni

Executive Director

Tolu is a Chartered Accountant with extensive background in Finance. He started his career in the UK at Ernst & Young. He spent several years in the oil industry enjoying an international career with Haliburton, BP and Shell Oil International.

He returned to Nigeria in 2008 and worked at First Bank Capital where he was Acting Head of Strategy and Research. In 2009, he went back to the UK for his MBA at Warwick Business School, University of Warwick.

He had a brief stint at the Minot State University, North Dakota as a Teaching Fellow for Energy Economics and Finance at the School of Business before he finally moved back to Nigeria. As a consultant, he worked with HESS Corporation on the monetization of its Bakken midstream assets. He holds a BA in Economics from University of Nottingham and a Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Strategy from Said Business School, University of Oxford.

Tolu is the founder of Satkay Limited and a successful Business Strategist with a proven record.

M. Aramide Pinheiro-Boatswain

Non-Executive Director

Aramide is a Brand Strategist with more than 15 years’ experience directing and developing global strategies and engaging marketing communications. A key strategist at establishing and maintaining brand equity, and driving the integration of value stream opportunities across multiple business functions, she has built strategies for performance and experience marketing to high net worth individuals within the aerospace and IT industry.

With extensive information technology skills, she has built a network creating marketing opportunities for customer engagement with evolving technology platforms and developing strategies for service and product positioning to a global market. Integration and coordination of evolving marketing media in business development strategies.

Her career includes global communications management roles, promotion and development of safety management systems initiatives for EASA & OSHA compliance, loyalty program marketing and marketing launch of national brands, and transitional management of marketing communications post-divestiture for Hawker Beechcraft Company (from Raytheon) and Truven Health Analytics – now part of the IBM Watson Health (from Thomas Reuters).

She serves on the board of directors for Pinconsult Associates and several other non-profit organizations. She is a member of the International Association of Business Communicators. She received her bachelors in Computer and Engineering Sciences, and masters of business administration from Wichita State University.

I. Mohammed Ettu

Head Operations – Electrical Services

Mohammed is an accomplished Electrical/Electronic Engineer with a background in planning and execution of commercial/industrial, operations and management of injection substations, distribution substations and high voltage distribution panels and a one-stop power engineer with vast knowledge of renewable energy.

Mohammed has worked has lead Power Engineer on major projects for companies like Asset Resource Management, Honeywell, Skye Bank, KPMG and Stanbic IBTC. He graduated with a bachelors of science in Electrical/Electronic Engineering from the University of Lagos. A member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers, Mohammed continues to expand his experience within the role that combines new builds and maintenance of electrical installations. Mohammed is a NEMSA certified Engineer.

Adewunmi Akinlade

Head Operations – General

Dewunmi is a graduate of Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro with HND in Building Technology. With over 10 years’ experience in transportation, logistics and facility management, he is a team player and goal-oriented individual with the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

A member of Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, Dewunmi has excellent skills in collaboration, time management and interpersonal skills.
